About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and analytical skills.

  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize affiliate campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners to ensure mutual success.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Develop and implement effective affiliate marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Affiliate Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of e-commerce experience in affiliate marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO and social media.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing networks and search engine marketing.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and managing online media campaigns.
  • Knowledge of ad-serving technologies.
  • Excellent time management and project management skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mastery of Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
