Quality Assurance Assistant

Location: Bahria Enclave Islamabad, Pakistan

De RISC Group is hiring a Quality Assurance Assistant to help uphold verification standards and ensure every case meets our quality benchmarks. You will review verification documentation, identify discrepancies, and support internal compliance processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Review case files and verification reports for quality and accuracy.


• Ensure compliance with internal protocols and client guidelines.


• Identify errors or inconsistencies for correction or escalation.


• Support QA-related training and performance improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field.


• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.


• Familiarity with quality control or audit procedures is a plus.
