Quality Assurance Specialist
The Quality Assurance Specialist is a critical member of our team, dedicated to delivering high-quality software products. This position involves designing and implementing tests, debugging, and defining corrective actions to ensure the best possible outcome. In addition, the specialist reviews system requirements and tracks quality assurance metrics to guarantee that our products meet the expected standards.
This role requires close collaboration with developers, architects, and technical release managers within an agile/scrum environment. The responsibilities include planning, organizing, and implementing day-to-day activities of testing, participating in scrum & product planning, and being responsible for all phases and types of testing. Additionally, the specialist must document and facilitate communication and troubleshooting of issues, bugs, and changes; validate and close out all issues prior to client delivery.
Essential Qualifications:
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
  • 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • Hands-on experience with both white-box and black-box testing.

The Quality Assurance Specialist will work closely with the QA Team to develop a process to ensure the highest level of quality assurance possible. They will also investigate procedures, workflows, and software to keep processes up to date and assist in the development of ongoing training programs for the QA Team.
