We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Team Leader - IT Sec Analyst

In this role, you will:

  1. Demonstrate project and task management skills and ability to track and report progress against established milestones, metrics, and deliverables.
  2. Exhibit excellent investigative skills, insatiable curiosity, and an innate drive to succeed.
  3. Possess proficiency in multiple technical disciplines, analytic and quality assurance techniques.
  4. Be self-motivated with a high sense of urgency and personal integrity.
  5. Be proficient in preparing reports, dashboards, and documentation. Experience in maintaining various metrics and SLAs is preferred. Banking experience is a plus.
  6. Have experience defining and refining operational procedures, workflows, and processes to support the team in consistent, quality execution of monitoring and detection laws.
  7. Understand business needs and be committed to delivering high-quality, prompt, and efficient service to the business.
  8. Be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment as part of a distributed team with effective communication and collaboration skills.
