Overview

We are seeking a Senior MERN Stack Developer with strong MySQL expertise to join our team. This role requires both hands-on coding and the ability to architect, optimize, and scale applications. As a senior developer, you will be expected to drive technical decisions, mentor junior developers, and deliver high-performance, secure web applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and maintenance of full-stack applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MySQL.
  • Design and optimize MySQL schemas, queries, indexing, and stored procedures for performance and scalability.
  • Build and integrate third-party APIs.
  • Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
  • Manage deployments on VPS/Cloud environments (DigitalOcean, NameCheap, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver features.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
  • Work with Git version control in a collaborative environment.
  • Provide technical mentorship and enforce coding standards within the team.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong expertise in Node.js, including API development and integrations.
  • Proficiency in MySQL (database design, optimization, indexing, stored procedures).
  • Advanced knowledge of React.js (Redux / Context API, hooks, ES6+).
  • Solid understanding of Express.js for backend development.
  • Experience with deployment & server management (PM2, Docker, Apache/Nginx).
  • Familiarity with web security practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with cloud hosting platforms (DigitalOcean, NameCheap, AWS).
  • Knowledge of TypeScript and backend design patterns.
  • Exposure to ERP, HRM, or Inventory systems.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
