Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines (BSCS, BSIT, BSSE).

Job Description:

  1. Strong proficiency with LTE or 5G NR theoretical knowledge; good communication regarding network strategy with customers or in daily work.
  2. Familiarity with 4G/5G/2G/3G OSS-KPI degradation reason analysis and OSS-KPI optimization process; good capability in KPI optimization solutions; good knowledge of the rollout project process.
  3. Understanding of 4G/5G/2G/3G major enhancement features and solutions; experience in feature or solution deployment and evaluation.
  4. Good skills with Huawei RF basic tools, such as Genexcloud, Omstart, FMA, U2020, U-net.
  5. Hard-working attitude and willingness to accept overtime for urgent project tasks; good service awareness as a qualified RF service engineer.
  6. Proficiency in basic RF office software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; ability to summarize reports and present RF daily work.
  7. Not suitable for candidates with only DT test, analysis, or SSV making work experience.

Salary Bracket: Market competitive salary package would be offered. L2 Above.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in rollout project RF work, and 3 years of experience with Huawei vendor; rollout project for 4/5G/2/3G RF RNO L2.
