Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled RF Design Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and analyze RF systems with a focus on ensuring EMI/EMC compliance.
  • Apply strong knowledge of EMI/EMC principles, testing methods, and industry standards in project work.
  • Conduct antenna simulations and design using industry-standard software.
  • Collaborate on the development and testing of RF transmitters, receivers, amplifiers, filters, couplers, duplexers, and diplexers.
  • Utilize test equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers (VNAs), and signal generators to validate system performance.
  • Implement and analyze jamming and anti-jamming techniques in RF systems.
  • Work on projects involving Software Defined Radios (SDR) for advanced RF communication solutions using software tools.
  • Utilize CAD software for RF system design and layout.
  • Conduct RF planning, network testing, RF optimization, and troubleshooting for Radio Access Networks.
  • Manage and optimize Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) using specialized tools.
  • Perform drive tests, indoor walk-tests, and network troubleshooting with advanced diagnostic tools.
  • Analyze RF network performance using advanced prediction and analysis software.
  • Execute terrain analysis and clutter mapping using specialized software.
  • Utilize post-processing tools for RF network analysis.
  • Operate RF scanners for network diagnostics.
  • Solve complex RF issues and provide effective troubleshooting solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • +3 years of experience in RF system design, Telecommunications.
  • Strong knowledge of antenna design, RF propagation, and microwave communication principles.
  • Proficiency in simulation and design tools such as CST Studio, HFSS, and EMPro.
  • Hands-on experience with RF components and testing equipment.
  • Familiarity with Software Defined Radios (SDR) and associated software.
  • Experience with CAD software.
  • Knowledge of RF planning and network optimization for mobile communication networks.
  • Practical experience with DAS design and implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex RF issues.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
