We're Hiring | Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Real Estate (Dubai Market)

Location: Onsite – Gulberg, Lahore

Type: Full-time

Industry: Real Estate (Dubai-based Licensed Realtor)

Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for real estate and a talent for high-volume outreach? Join our dynamic team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and play a key role in expanding our real estate operations in Dubai, right from our Lahore office

What You'll Do:
  • Qualify Property Sellers via outbound calls and emails, secure their consent, and collect onboarding documentation.
  • Qualify Property Buyers and schedule meetings with our Dubai-based closers.
  • Build and Maintain Inventory by collecting and updating real estate listings in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Handle high-volume communication daily — phone calls, WhatsApp, and email outreach — with professionalism and persistence.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular reporting on outreach and conversion metrics.
What We're Looking For:
  • 1+ year of experience in telesales, customer service, or an SDR role (real estate experience is a plus).
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Confidence, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and productivity platforms.
