Position: Team Lead CAE

Location: Lahore

Job Purpose:
To be responsible for achievement of all agreed business targets of Engineering department and also ensure the implementation of all regulations / policies / rules of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present project progress reports.
  • Perform and coordinate resources for virtual assessment of designs and compare results to performance requirements.
  • Supervision of multiple project teams with the help of Senior, Engineer CAE and other designated team members.
  • Management and allocation of resources for project.
  • Prepare or generate reports as required to document the Quality Checking Process.
  • Supervise and lead in all accident and incident investigations in the area of responsibility.
  • Specialist level experience of multiple CAE software programs.
  • Technical guidance to multiple project teams.
  • Liaison and coordination with internal and external client in project execution.
  • Responsible for schedule preparation, budget estimation, pre-planning and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to the project.
  • Perform FEA analysis, prototype testing and product design optimization using CAE software's.
  • Maintain records of all activities and results in CAE project database.
  • Maintain files and data in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with visual management standards.
  • Communicate with team members and customers on all projects related matters.
  • Provide timely design guidance and support to team to meet customer requirements.
  • Assist management in establishing and updating project plans and priorities.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with all levels of the organization.
Job Specification

Skills & Abilities:

  • Well versed in Project Management concepts (scheduling jobs / estimating job times etc.)
  • Advance level skills to handle multiple CAE software's
  • Ability to lead a project from concept to final completion
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • An excellent grasp of engineering and design principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary
  • Ability to utilize resources efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach for generating new ideas.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate / Post Graduate in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
Experience:
  • 03-04 years' experience
