Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Team Lead, based in Lahore. The Project Team Lead will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various industrial automation projects. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with team members and clients, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, and providing technical guidance. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, optimizing workflows, and maintaining documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Project Management, Team Leadership, and Client Coordination experience
  • Proficiency in PLC Programming, HMI Designing, and SCADA Installation
  • Strong knowledge in Energy Management Systems and Building Management Systems
  • Experience in Data Logging, Report Generation, and Instrumentation and Control
  • Technical expertise in low voltage panel design and safety procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the industrial automation sector is a plus
