Job Purpose

To work in the production manufacturing area (encapsulation), ensuring the required output while complying with applicable GMP, EHS, and Regulatory standards.

Education, Experience & Skills
  • DAE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience operating encapsulation machines.
  • Maintain production, downtime, changeover, and maintenance records.
  • Ensure GMP and EHS compliance, including safety and zero waste initiatives.
  • Improve machine efficiency, maintain KPIs, ensure cost-effective operations, and handle SAP transactions.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate encapsulation machines effectively and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain safety standards with Zero Waste Promotions and ZAP reporting.
  • Keep daily records of production, downtime, changeovers, preventive maintenance, etc., for the Suspension Filling line, compression, and coating areas.
  • Suggest and implement measures to enhance machine efficiency.
  • Maintain and meet all production floor KPIs, including adherence to daily OEE targets and plan conformance.
  • Ensure GMP (proper labeling, IPC, etc.) and EHS (Zero Access, LOTO, etc.) compliance during operations.
  • Operate cost-efficiently, prioritize right-first-time operations, minimize changeovers, and avoid waste.
  • Keep complete records for each machine, including daily logbooks, maintenance, cleaning, and changeover records.
  • Ensure data integrity compliance and improve DI control (ALCOA principles) at the line.
  • Complete all area-related End-to-End SAP transactions timely.
