The Assistant Telesales Manager supports the Telesales Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the telesales team, ensuring sales targets are met, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves training and supervising telesales representatives, developing sales strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Management & Target Achievement:
    Assist in setting and achieving telesales targets and KPIs.
    Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing reports and insights.
    Implement sales strategies to increase conversion rates and revenue.
    Support the development of new sales initiatives and campaigns.
  2. Team Supervision & Development:
    Train, coach, and mentor telesales representatives to enhance their sales skills.
    Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
    Ensure team members adhere to scripts, policies, and best practices.
    Motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:
    Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
    Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints.
    Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
  4. Process Improvement & Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection laws.
    Identify areas for improvement in telesales processes and implement changes.
    Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Experience: 2+ years in telesales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
  3. Skills:
    Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.
    Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Working Conditions:
Office-based role with potential remote work options.
May require flexible working hours to meet sales targets.
