Job Title: Senior Executive – Digital Marketing

Location: Onsite – Karachi

Job Type: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

About The Role

We are on the lookout for a results-driven Senior Executive – Digital Marketing to join our growing team. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong command of digital marketing channels—especially PPC—who thrives in fast-paced environments. You will lead campaign execution, collaborate cross-functionally, and optimize digital strategies that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize high-performance PPC campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital touchpoints
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key metrics; deliver actionable insights to improve ROI
  • Drive innovation by exploring new digital marketing tools, channels, and tactics
  • Lead and manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring engaging and conversion-focused content
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure messaging coherence across campaigns and channels
  • Identify, engage, and manage partnerships with influencers for brand amplification

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with at least 1 year in an independent campaign management role
  • Deep understanding of PPC advertising, with demonstrated success on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Twitter Ads
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
  • Excellent time and project management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and KPIs
  • A self-starter with the ability to take ownership, lead initiatives, and mentor junior team members
  • Experience in email marketing and influencer marketing is a strong advantage
