Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven marketing professional to manage our online presence, drive traffic, and increase conversions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing cross-channel campaigns, improving digital engagement, and staying updated on industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • eCommerce Website Management: Manage and update our WooCommerce-based website (product listings, banners, SEO)
  • Social Media Content Creation: Plan, create, and post regular content on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Paid Advertising: Run & optimize Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Instagram promotions (conversion focused)
  • Analytics & Performance Reporting: Monitor analytics & performance reports to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Email & WhatsApp Campaigns: Create and manage email marketing and WhatsApp broadcast campaigns
  • Video Editing: Handle basic video editing for projects and reels
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Digital Marketing Experience: Proven experience in eCommerce marketing (WooCommerce or Shopify preferred)
  • Advertising Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and SEO
  • Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Content Writing & Design: Good grip on content writing & basic design (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools)
  • Multichannel Management: Ability to independently manage multiple channels with strong execution skills
  • Local Market Knowledge: Knowledge of local Pakistani market & consumer behavior
Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and social media platforms.
