We're Hiring: Business Development Specialist

Location: Remote / Rawalpindi

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our growing team If you're passionate about sales, driven by results, and have a proven track record of closing deals, we want to hear from you. This is a hybrid role, open to both in-office and remote candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and generate new business opportunities.
  2. Build strong relationships with potential clients in the UK and US markets.
  3. Effectively communicate our digital marketing services and craft solutions based on client needs.
  4. Close sales and exceed monthly targets.
  5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
Requirements:
  1. Experience in selling Marketing and IT services, especially in the US / UK market (preferred).
  2. Strong background in lead generation tools/software (required).
  3. Familiarity with IT, software development, UX/UI, and QA terminologies (a plus).
  4. Proven ability to close deals and meet/exceed sales targets.
  5. Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  6. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  7. Must be professional, confident, and goal-oriented.
Shift Timings:
  1. Rotational: Flexible
  2. 2 weeks UK Time (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM GMT)
  3. 2 weeks USA Central Time (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST)
