
Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our growing team If you're passionate about sales, driven by results, and have a proven track record of closing deals, we want to hear from you. This is a hybrid role, open to both in-office and remote candidates.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients in the UK and US markets.
- Effectively communicate our digital marketing services and craft solutions based on client needs.
- Close sales and exceed monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
- Experience in selling Marketing and IT services, especially in the US / UK market (preferred).
- Strong background in lead generation tools/software (required).
- Familiarity with IT, software development, UX/UI, and QA terminologies (a plus).
- Proven ability to close deals and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Must be professional, confident, and goal-oriented.
- Rotational: Flexible
- 2 weeks UK Time (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM GMT)
- 2 weeks USA Central Time (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST)
