Job Summary:
">We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities through various digital channels.

">This is a full-time hybrid position that requires you to work from our office in Rawalpindi as well as from home. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for lead generation, business communication, and account management.
">Your Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and bid on relevant projects on freelancing platforms (Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)">
- Write persuasive proposals tailored to client needs">
- Engage and build relationships with potential clients">
- Conduct online meetings via Google Meet to understand project requirements and present services">
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery">
- Meet monthly targets and bring in quality leads">
Requirements:

- Proven experience (2+ years) in client acquisition from freelancing platforms">
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)">
- Comfortable handling live meetings with international clients">
- Familiar with project-based pricing, negotiations, and proposal writing">
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and tech-savvy">
