Cold Call Crew helps B2B companies grow through dedicated offshore teams handling sales support lead generation customer service and admin operations. Our team members work as an extension of our clients' staff delivering results that matter.

We're looking for a driven and confident Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our on-site team in Karachi. This is a night shift role suited for someone who's proactive passionate about sales and ready to work with global clients.

Note: While this role is primarily on-site we understand night shifts may be challenging for some individuals. In certain cases a hybrid model (e.g. 2 days from office and 3 days from home) may be considered based on performance and infrastructure readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls emails and LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads based on the client's Ideal Customer Profile
  • Book meetings and hand off qualified leads to the closing team
  • Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records (HubSpot Zoho etc.)
  • Consistently meet weekly KPIs for calls meetings and follow-ups

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of outbound sales or lead generation experience (B2B preferred)
  • OR strong English communication skills and a willingness to be trained
  • Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn HubSpot Zoho or Apollo is a plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SaaS or tech industry
  • Background in SDR virtual assistant or appointment setting roles
  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles and prospecting strategies
