General Manager Sales – Apparel Division

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales & Production Planning: Lead end-to-end sales and marketing, focusing on production capacity to plan sales and minimize losses.
    • Market Leadership: Drive sales growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. Take charge of product development, ensuring products are competitive and align with market trends.
      • Financial & Market Acumen: Develop and maintain costing sheets, adjust pricing based on market conditions, 00and gather market intelligence on competitors and new products.
        • Operational Excellence: Ensure timely delivery by coordinating with inventory, merchandising, and operations, understanding the critical nature of customer deadlines and seasonality.
          • Customer & Market Expansion: Manage payment follow-ups to ensure timely revenue collection. Strategize and execute plans to expand market share across various sales channels.
            • Performance Analysis: Utilize market analysis to identify new opportunities and mitigate threats, with a focus on improving key performance indicators (KPIs) like sales revenue, gross profit, and customer retention.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate from a reputable institute
  • 15+ relevant experience with min 5 years in a leading role in a Textile company
  • Proven leadership, sales and management skills
  • Excellent communication and correspondence skills
  • Highly Responsible, Energetic, and Motivated to perform & move ahead in the firm.

Age: b/w 40-50 years

Salary: Excellent Remuneration Package commensurate with relevancy and experience to the right candidate with company maintained 1600cc car with fuel.
