Job Description: Sales Coordinator (Global)

Company: Staffing & Recruitment

Shift: Late Evening to Night (Monday to Friday)

Location: Lahore

Job Overview

Global Staffing & Recruitment Firm is seeking a dedicated and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with professionals through phone calls, emails, and texts, building strong relationships, and ensuring that their relevant medical documentation is complete and accurate. Your efforts will help prepare their profiles for medical openings, contributing to the overall success of our marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Initiate and conduct calls to healthcare professionals to establish rapport and trust.
  2. Educate professionals about the benefits of completing their profiles.
  3. Documentation Management: Assist professionals in gathering and submitting necessary documentation. Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with industry standards.
  4. Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with professionals to encourage ongoing collaboration. Address any questions or concerns they may have regarding the documentation process.
  5. Profile Preparation: Collaborate with the team to ensure that all professional profiles are ready for medical openings. Monitor and follow up on pending documentation to expedite the process.
  6. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions and documentation status in our database. Provide regular updates to management on progress and challenges.
Qualifications
  1. Education: Degree not necessary; fluent English communication skills, selling skills, and negotiation skills required.
  2. Experience: Product training will be provided. Previous experience in sales, healthcare coordination, recruitment, or customer service is a plus. Familiarity with medical documentation and compliance regulations is advantageous.
  3. Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during late evening to night shifts.
  4. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Comfortable using various communication tools and platforms.
