We are seeking an Accountant, Secretary & Admin to support the management team in day-to-day financial, administrative, and secretarial tasks. This is a versatile role combining finance, executive assistance, and office management responsibilities, ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance:

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, ledgers, and reconciliations. Assist in preparing financial reports, VAT/tax filings, and compliance documents. Handle petty cash, expense reimbursements, and invoice processing. Coordinate with auditors and external accountants when required. Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely settlements.

Secretarial & Administration

Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items. Draft professional correspondence, reports, and documentation. Handle day-to-day office operations, filing systems, and record management. Liaise with clients, vendors, and service providers. Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures. Oversee office supplies and ensure smooth workflow. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience (2–5 years) in accounting, administration, or executive assistance.

Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, Xero, or similar).

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
