
Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management:
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, compliance documents, and VAT/tax filings.
- Handle petty cash, expense reimbursements, and invoice processing.
- Coordinate with auditors and external accountants when required.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely settlements.
- Secretarial & Administration:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Draft professional correspondence, reports, and documentation.
- Handle day-to-day office operations, filing systems, and record management.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Oversee office supplies and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information.
- Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (2–5 years) in accounting, administration, or executive assistance.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, Xero, or similar).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
