We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our team in financial, administrative, and secretarial tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, highly skilled, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management:
    • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, ledgers, and reconciliations.
    • Assist in preparing financial reports, compliance documents, and VAT/tax filings.
    • Handle petty cash, expense reimbursements, and invoice processing.
    • Coordinate with auditors and external accountants when required.
    • Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely settlements.
  • Secretarial & Administration:
    • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
    • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
    • Draft professional correspondence, reports, and documentation.
    • Handle day-to-day office operations, filing systems, and record management.
    • Liaise with clients, vendors, and service providers.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
    • Oversee office supplies and ensure smooth workflow.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information.
  • Qualifications & Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience (2–5 years) in accounting, administration, or executive assistance.
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, Xero, or similar).
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
    • Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
