Key Responsibilities:

Daraz is looking for an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in managing HR systems, operations, and strategic projects across multiple countries. This role seeks an individual with a proven track record in implementing HR technologies, driving operational excellence, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives across diverse geographies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors, to enhance process efficiency and user experience.
  • Ensure integration of HR systems with organizational objectives and reporting structures.
  • Develop and implement HR SOPs and policies to streamline operations and ensure compliance. Manage and fulfill complex data requests to support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee HR operations across multiple regions, including Dubai, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Nepal, and Singapore.
  • Manage employee lifecycles, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Expertise in HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors and advanced analytics tools.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, organizational design, and multi-country operations.
  • Proven ability to lead HR transformation projects and drive operational excellence.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex, multicultural environments with a focus on delivering results.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 6-7 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on systems, analytics, and operations.
