Customer Care Representative (Inbound Calls)

Are you a motivated individual eager to develop and accelerate your career in customer care? Transworld is looking for a Customer Care Representative (Inbound Calls) to join our team at our Phase 5 D.H.A, Lahore.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Act as a liaison between the company and its customers.

• Take ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries.

• Keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

• Provide support on CX operations and cross-functional coordination within the company.

What you ideally bring with you:

• Very good oral and written communication skills, being friendly and empathetic.

• Help to define and exemplify the extraordinary customer experience we pride ourselves on.

• Comfortable answering questions about our products or placing an order.

• Strong attention to detail and a solid grasp of customer care policies and best practices.

• Be one of the first interactions our customers will experience with us – so being friendly and helpful is a must.

• Possess a courteous and professional phone manner.

• Listen to customers effectively to demonstrate understanding and care.

Nice to have:
Prior Customer Service experience in a call-center environment.
