Job Description:
We are looking for a self-driven and organized associate to grow our client base, manage customer touchpoints, and help build a recognizable and trusted brand. This multifaceted role combines business development, customer operations, and brand communication, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and convert inbound and outbound leads (resellers, shops, influencers).
- Outreach via Instagram DMs, email, and WhatsApp with personalized pitches.
- Maintain and update a CRM system to track leads and follow-ups.
- Manage customer orders, resolve queries, and follow up on payments.
- Ensure smooth communication from inquiry to order fulfillment.
- Liaise with the warehouse for inventory status and dispatch.
- Enhance brand tone and messaging across all touchpoints (website, DMs, email, etc.).
- Collaborate with the founder to shape visual and content strategy for dripuz.com.
- Create engaging content (photos, videos, text) that reflects our unique brand vibe.
Basic Qualifications:
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proactive communicator comfortable with outreach and lead nurturing.
- Organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
- Strong familiarity with Instagram, WhatsApp, Shopify (or similar platforms), and spreadsheets.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in sales or B2B lead generation, especially in fashion or e-commerce.
- Aesthetic sense for photography, branding, and storytelling.
- Interest or familiarity with the resale/thrift ecosystem and sustainable fashion.
- Experience with tools like Canva, Meta Ads, email marketing, or CRM platforms.
Other Details:
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday (hybrid)
- Work Timings: 10 am to 6 pm
- Location: Karachi
