Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: DHA Phase 2
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and sending reminders.
Handle confidential emails, correspondence, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO.
Organize complex travel arrangements including itineraries, accommodations, and visa processing.
Draft and prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Coordinate and follow up on internal and external meetings, ensuring timely updates and deliverables.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar PA role supporting senior leadership.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
