The CAS AM role adds value to customers by demonstrating how technology can help solve business issues and positively impact the customer's business. Success is measured by demonstrable customer results and overall customer satisfaction.
- A well-managed business that meets or exceeds revenue targets. The role should also focus on revenue year-on-year growth.
- Strong customer relationships. The role also requires a year-over-year increase in customer satisfaction, as measured by customer and partner experience surveys.
- Leadership that results in high-performing virtual teams. This quality should filter across the virtual team, ensuring that the customer's experience in integration is consistent and based on a unified value proposition. Emphasis should be on building a great v-team culture and removing all roadblocks and impediments that hinder objectives.
- Strategic, effective, and actionable account plans developed through thorough research into each account's business, industry, and technology environment. A strategy should be developed for each account targeting licensing requirements, technology deployments, and services attach rate.
