Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative (Spanish). The position is located in Islamabad. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving issues promptly. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer interactions via phone, email, or chat, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in spoken Spanish
  • Hands on experience in providing support to Spanish speaking clients
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Ability to work on-site in Islamabad
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with customer service software and tools
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
