About Us

Desverto is a leading Amazon creative and advertising agency providing premium listing images, A+ content, brand stories, and storefronts for global brands. Our work is driven by research, creativity, and performance — helping clients increase conversions and stand out in the Amazon marketplace.

We are looking for a Researcher who will work closely with our creative and project management teams to research products, analyze competitor designs, prepare detailed design briefs, and ensure high-quality creative outputs.

The role will start as a remote internship during the probationary period. Upon successful completion, you will transition to a full-time, in-house position at our Peshawar office.

Key ResponsibilitiesResearch & Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis specific to Amazon creatives.
  • Identify buyer pain points and develop detailed customer avatars for each project.
  • Research and compile market-specific data to guide design strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends, especially Amazon listing best practices.

Design Brief Development

  • Prepare comprehensive design briefs based on research findings.
  • Clearly outline creative specifications, technical requirements, and project objectives.
  • Include relevant market insights, competitor analysis, and inspiration references.

Creative Process Support

  • Collaborate with designers to ensure creative direction aligns with research insights.
  • Provide constructive feedback and recommendations during the design process.
  • Cross-check designs for accuracy, brand alignment, and client requirements.
  • Handle revision requests effectively and ensure timely project delivery.

Quality Assurance

  • Review final deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with briefs.
  • Maintain high standards in all research documentation and creative references.
  • Collect and process feedback for continuous improvement of the creative process.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong command of English (written and verbal).
  • Excellent research skills with an analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and online research tools.
  • Familiarity with Amazon marketplace and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently during the remote probation phase.
