We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  1. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  2. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  3. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
  4. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  5. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  6. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  7. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  8. Manage both our existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities
  9. Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets
  10. Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics
  11. Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
  12. Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis, and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
  13. Follow-up with leads to increase sales
  14. Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
  15. Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then show properties that meet those needs
  16. Conduct open houses to promote agency listings
  17. Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
  18. Attract prospective clients to promote new business
  19. Have local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer questions about potential homes, similar properties and the surrounding neighborhood

Requirement

  1. Minimum O'Level or A'Level or must be Graduated
  2. Proven working experience as a Business Development Executive, sales executive or a relevant role in Real Estate Market or in Corporate Industry.
  3. Experience in customer support is a plus
  4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  5. Proficiency in English
  6. Market knowledge
  7. Communication and negotiation skills
  8. Ability to build rapport
  9. Time management and planning skills
Job Specification

Min 7 to 8 Years Sales Experience in Real Estate (preferred), C-Level Sales Experience, Banking Industry or any Industry.

Salary & Location:

  1. Upto Rs. 70,000 plus commission (Conveyance Provided)
