Amrood Labs is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 4-5 years of experience to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore. As a Business Analyst at Amrood Labs, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technological solutions. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, conducting market analysis, and facilitating the implementation of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  • Develop and document detailed business and functional requirements.
  • Create and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate meetings and presentations with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a track record of successful project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
