Join one of the fastest emerging internet marketing companies based in Lahore. As the sole Senior Business Analyst, you will fulfill the duties of a Portfolio/Project Manager and will have end-to-end project management responsibilities of multiple projects. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of the project and management of the project team and its activities on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities
  1. Project initiation activities including development of project charters, project objectives and deliverables, and resource planning.
  2. Detailed project planning activities including project scoping, team planning, scheduling, budgeting, communication planning, and risk identification.
  3. Project execution and control activities including quality assurance and control, issue resolution, risk monitoring & control, compliance management, change management, team development, performance reporting, exception management, and communications.
  4. Project closure activities including gaining formal customer acceptance, financial and procurement closure, lessons learned, and documentation archiving.
Job Specification
  1. Bachelor's or undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
  2. Understanding of emerging web technologies (i.e. content management systems, portals, business intelligence tools, etc.).
  3. Ability to create project plans and report on project progress to senior-level executives.
  4. Ability to plan, estimate, and schedule multiple tasks and develop detailed resource and project plans.
  5. Must have experience working in a team environment.
  6. Must have experience motivating and communicating with individuals or groups.
  7. Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and excellent organizational skills.
  8. Must have the ability to work flexibly and on your own initiative.
  9. Leadership qualities: Integrity, attention to detail, timeline sensitive, goal-oriented, motivator.
  10. Experience in working with internal and external partners.
  11. Ability to interface with all levels in the customer organization.
  12. Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio.
