Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block-5, KHI | Job Shift: Afternoon/Evening/Morning | Experience: 1 Year in Team Leading

This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assigning orders, managing team members, maintaining deadlines, and collaborating with management for reporting. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
  1. The candidate will be responsible for order management on portals.
  2. Analyzing performance management and daily tasks.
  3. Assigning and maintaining orders and their deadlines according to requirements and level of expertise.
  4. Maintaining data in portals and on Google Sheets.
  5. Collaborating with management for reporting and skills requirements.
Requirements
  1. Expertise in handling the performance of each employee.
  2. Ability to create weekly or monthly reports for each order and staff member.
  3. Strong negotiation skills and conflict resolution.
  4. Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions.
  5. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a solid decision-making capability.
  6. Ability to lead the team in a results-oriented manner.
Skills & Education Requirements
  1. BBA/MBA
  2. Microsoft Office - Advanced level
  3. English Writing
  4. Team Coordination
  5. Negotiation and Conflict Resolution
