The Export Marketing Manager at ARSHAD GLOVES will lead international sales and marketing efforts, focusing on identifying and developing new export opportunities. Success in this position will be measured by the ability to generate consistent export sales, increase brand presence abroad, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. The Export Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and report directly to senior leadership to align international strategies with overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic export marketing plans to enter and grow in target international markets.
- Identify, research, and establish new business opportunities and distributor networks globally.
- Maintain regular contact with existing international clients and ensure high-quality service and support.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to adjust strategies as needed.
- Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and international buyer meetings to promote products and build networks.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality control of export orders.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, export regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
- Manage digital export marketing campaigns and collaborate with the marketing team to develop region-specific content.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in export marketing or international sales, preferably in the gloves or PPE industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of export procedures, documentation, INCOTERMS, and international logistics.
- Ability to travel internationally when required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; experience with digital marketing platforms is a plus.
- A self-starter with strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, and result-oriented mindset.
