About Our Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Export Specialist to develop and implement effective export strategies, expand market presence, and achieve sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement export strategies to drive business growth and meet sales objectives.
  • IDentify new markets and potential customers, build strong relationships, and increase exports.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing, production, and shipment of goods.
  • Manage export documentation, including permits, licenses, and customs clearance.
  • Stay updated on international trade regulations and ensure compliance at all times.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Promote our products at international trade shows and exhibitions to expand the customer base.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with buyers to maximize profitability and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the production team to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Export Manager in the Textiles industry, preferably with knowledge of Towel, Kitchen Towel, Made Ups, and Bed Sheets.
  • Strong understanding of international trade practices, export regulations, and documentation requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to overcome challenges and achieve desired export outcomes.
