We are an INBOUND Customer Service Provider (no sales) with clients in the US, Canada, and Europe. We operate 24/7 and are looking for serious candidates with previous inbound CSR experience, ideally in a US or UK-based campaign.
Job Duties include:
- Answering customer service inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls
- Respond to new service inquiries, complaints, and handle other day-to-day processes
- Attend trainings and team meetings
- Work as a team player and assist team members as needed
- Flexible with different shift timings and work with the team to ensure coverage
Skillset Requirements:
- Good English writing and speaking skills
- Can speak fluently with a neutral accent
- Write English without grammatical errors
- Good typing speed and can learn new systems
- Rs. 65,000 to Rs. 80,000 salary + performance bonuses
- Yearly increments and bonuses.
