Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Barista at Loafology Bakery & Cafe in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, interacting with customers, maintaining cleanliness of the cafe, and assisting in food preparation and service.

Qualifications
  • Barista and Food Preparation skills
  • Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Customer Service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
  • Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
