Job Title:

Shift Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the baristas on shift, ensuring high levels of service and product quality.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.

You will be responsible for training and coaching baristas, as well as maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Guest Service Skills: You will be required to demonstrate a positive, caring attitude towards guests, ensuring that they receive exceptional service and support.
  2. Teamwork: As a Shift Supervisor, you will be working closely with other team members, so it is essential that you have strong teamwork skills and can communicate effectively with others.
  3. Cash Handling and Retail Experience: A background in cash handling and retail or food service is preferred, but not essential.
