
Remote Career Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Career Coordinator to support career services for adult school students across California, USA. Operating virtually from Rawalpindi, Pakistan, you will connect with students and employers primarily via email, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. You will play a key role in resume editing, job sourcing, digital communications, and scheduling meetings for US-based staff when in-person events are required.
Key Responsibilities- Source job and internship opportunities for adult school students by networking with employers online.
- Edit and review student resumes and cover letters to ensure clarity, professionalism, and alignment with US job market standards.
- Maintain regular virtual follow-up with students and employers regarding job applications, interviews, and placement outcomes.
- Set up and coordinate virtual meetings and, when needed, schedule in-person meetings for US-based staff and employers.
- Organize and support virtual career events, webinars, and employer panels for adult schools in California.
- Track student engagement, job leads, and placement data using digital tools.
- Collaborate with US-based staff to tailor career services to student needs.
- Stay informed about current US labor market trends relevant to adult learners.
- Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in remote coordination, career services, or recruiting roles.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including professional email etiquette and resume editing.
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn, email platforms, and virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
- High level of digital literacy and comfort working across multiple online platforms.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a remote, international team.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds.
- Reliable internet connection and access to necessary technology for remote work.
- Experience supporting US-based clients or teams remotely.
- Familiarity with the US job market, especially as it relates to adult education and workforce development.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
