IT Help Desk Technician (Level 1)

1 position | Experience: 3+ years

Required Skills:

  • Top-notch written and spoken English
  • 3+ years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support
  • Strong knowledge of Windows desktop support & antivirus tools
  • Installation/Uninstallation support with token-based access
  • Clear understanding of IT policies, approval processes & security protocols

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
  • Fully Remote
