Job Title: Senior Software Developer

Location: Lahore (Residents of Lahore are encouraged to apply)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer with expertise in Full Stack PHP development and SAP Business One (B1) Technical Consulting. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SAP B1 integrations using the DI API and Service Layer, alongside developing web applications and custom features tailored to meet business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and maintaining Full Stack PHP applications while ensuring seamless integration between SAP B1 and other systems. You will:

  1. Collaborate closely with business analysts, SAP consultants, and development teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

  • BS IT / MS IT
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement custom solutions and integrations within SAP Business One (B1) using the DI API and Service Layer.
  2. Design, develop, and maintain full-stack PHP applications that interact with SAP B1 data.
  3. Integrate SAP B1 with third-party applications, external systems, and cloud platforms to streamline business processes.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP B1 API integrations, ensuring optimal functionality.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and SAP consultants, to design and deliver robust software solutions.
  6. Develop and manage RESTful APIs to integrate various systems with SAP B1.
  7. Create and maintain reports and Print Layout Designs (PLD) using Crystal Reports.
Required Skills
  • Proven experience with SAP Business One (B1), specifically working with the DI API and Service Layer.
  • Strong proficiency in PHP development, including expertise in frameworks such as Laravel.
  • Proficiency in MySQL, MariaDB, or HANA DB, with a strong ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries.
  • Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, and a good understanding of collaborative development workflows.
  • Experience in developing Crystal Reports and working with Print Layout Design (PLD) for SAP B1.
  • Expertise in establishing database connections using ODBC/JDBC for integration with different databases.
Preferred Skills
  • In-depth experience with SAP B1 Service Layer, DI API, and protocols such as OData or SOAP.
  • Experience in Full Stack Development with additional proficiency in .NET technologies.
  • SAP B1 Certification or equivalent technical training in SAP B1 solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies for iterative development and continuous delivery.
