Performance Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a skilled and driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our paid advertising initiatives. You'll be responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid media campaigns with a primary focus on lead generation. This is a fast-paced role that requires a proactive and data-driven approach, with daily reporting to the management team.

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, launch, and manage high-performance paid advertising campaigns across major platforms, with a strong emphasis on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. Your main goal will be to drive high-quality lead generation.

  • Daily Optimization & Reporting: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns based on real-time data. You will be responsible for creating and delivering insightful daily reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the management team.

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Ads. Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Audience Targeting: Implement advanced audience segmentation, including custom and lookalike audiences, to maximize reach and engagement.

  • Budget Management: Efficiently manage and allocate advertising budgets to achieve optimal return on ad spend (ROAS) and cost-per-lead (CPL) goals.



Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in a performance marketing role with a strong track record of success in lead generation campaigns.

  • Platform Expertise: Must have hands-on expertise in managing campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and conversion tracking. Experience with Google Tag Manager is a plus.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to quickly analyze data, extract actionable insights, and make strategic decisions.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for daily reporting and team collaboration.
