Position Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong executional capability, well-versed in full-funnel marketing for B2B tech and long-funnel products. You will be responsible for driving qualified leads and optimizing campaigns to achieve revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, setup, and day-to-day management of paid campaigns across Google (Search, Display, Video), Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Implement advanced conversion tracking strategies using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
  • Manage audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting across channels to optimize every stage of the marketing funnel.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and visual reporting tools to track KPIs.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights on creative performance, audience behavior, and budget allocation.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align messaging and lead generation strategy.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, digital trends, and performance benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Proven expertise in running campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Strong experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking best practices.
  • Deep understanding of B2B lead generation and long-funnel marketing strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with strong experience in performance reporting, dashboard tools (e.g., Data Studio, Looker).
  • Confident in managing and optimizing full-funnel paid media campaigns independently.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
