Salary: 50,000 PKR Basic Per Month + Attractive KPI-Linked Bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

UK TikTok Shop Management & Optimization:

• Manage day-to-day operations for multiple UK-based TikTok Shops (client accounts).
• Implement strategies to significantly scale store sales month-on-month.
• Optimize product listings, categories, pricing, and promotions for maximum UK conversion.
• Ensure strict compliance with TikTok Shop UK policies, guidelines, and best practices.
• Analyze UK market trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to inform strategy.
• Develop and execute effective TikTok influencer marketing campaigns targeting UK audiences.
• Identify, negotiate with, onboard, and manage UK-based TikTok influencers & creators.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with UK influencer networks.
• Develop UK-specific content strategies aligned with TikTok Shop goals.
• Create engaging, platform-optimized content briefs (video concepts, hooks, CTAs) for clients/influencers.
• Provide clear content guidelines and best practices for UK audience resonance.
• Monitor content performance and iterate strategies based on data.

Operational Excellence & Dispute Resolution :

• Expertly manage and resolve complex disputes: including delivery/pickup failures, chargebacks, refund requests, and customer complaints – adhering to UK consumer rights and TikTok policies.
• Liaise effectively with TikTok UK support, logistics partners, and payment processors to resolve issues swiftly.
• Implement processes to minimize disputes and chargebacks.
• Maintain high seller metrics (e.g., Order Defect Rate, Cancellation Rate).

Paid Advertising Management:

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize TikTok Ads campaigns (Auction Ads, Spark Ads) targeting the UK market.
• Manage budgets, target audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
• Conduct A/B testing and continuously refine ad performance.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Generate regular, insightful reports on store performance, sales growth, campaign effectiveness (influencer & paid), dispute resolution rates, and KPI achievement for clients and internal stakehoders.
• Use data (TikTok Shop analytics, Ads Manager) to diagnose issues and identify opportunities.

Must-Have Requirements:

Proven Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience directly managing TikTok Shops, with a MANDATORY focus on the UK market. (Agency experience managing multiple client accounts is a plus).

Influencer Marketing: Demonstrable experience in planning, executing, and measuring successful TikTok influencer marketing campaigns targeting UK audiences.

Content Savvy: Strong understanding of TikTok content trends (specifically in the UK) and ability to create effective briefs/guidelines.

Dispute Resolution Expert: Proven track record of efficiently and effectively resolving complex TikTok Shop disputes (Delivery/Pickup issues, Chargebacks, Refunds) within the UK framework.

Growth Mindset: Demonstrated ability to consistently scale TikTok Shop sales month-over-month for the accounts you've managed.

Paid Advertising Proficiency: Hands-on experience managing TikTok Ads campaigns (budgeting, targeting, optimization, reporting), specifically targeting UK users.

UK Market Knowledge : Deep understanding of UK consumer behavior, e-commerce trends, and TikTok platform nuances specific to the UK.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Problem-Solving: Excellent critical thinking and solution-oriented approach to operational challenges.

Communication: Fluent English (written and verbal) with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage client relationships.

Organizational Skills: Ability to juggle multiple client accounts and priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.

Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
• Experience managing TikTok Shops for diverse product categories in the UK.
• Certification in TikTok Marketing or TikTok Shop.
• Understanding of UK consumer protection laws (e.g., Consumer Rights Act 2015).
