Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing and growing our TikTok Shop affiliate program, handling customer support, and performing various research tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Affiliate Program Management: Manage and grow our TikTok Shop affiliate program by finding and coordinating with influencers, tracking performance metrics, and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  2. Customer Support: Handle customer support inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing resolution to issues within 12-24 hours.
  3. Research Tasks: Conduct independent research on topics related to eCommerce, using tools like ChatGPT and MidJourney to streamline creative work and provide high-quality insights.
  4. Organizational Skills: Utilize Google Sheets and Google Docs to track and organize data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  5. Communication: Maintain clear and daily communication with the founder, ensuring seamless collaboration and progress updates.
  6. Performance Evaluation: Regularly evaluate performance and provide actionable feedback to improve results and efficiency.
