We are seeking a highly proactive individual who is skilled in problem-solving and excels in dynamic environments. As an Ecommerce Virtual Assistant, you will collaborate directly with the founder to scale multiple eCommerce brands.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience working with TikTok, influencers, or affiliate platforms and be familiar with tools like ChatGPT, MidJourney, and seller platforms. They must possess strong organizational skills, be responsive, and take ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow our TikTok Shop affiliate program by utilizing Notion for task tracking and documentation.
  • Handle customer support via Gmail and direct messages while maintaining a timely response rate of 12-24 hours.
  • Conduct internet research using Google Sheets and Google Docs to present findings clearly.
  • Collect and organize data in Google Sheets to identify areas of improvement.
  • Identify and coordinate with influencers through TikTok Shop creator tools.

Expected Qualities:

  • Taking ownership and achieving tasks without needing micromanagement.
  • Clear, daily communication with 2–3 hours of overlap with the PST timezone.
  • Output exceeding hours worked – no need to log 40 hours if tasks are completed efficiently.
  • A trial period within the first month to assess performance and fit.
