About the roleSales Development Representative is the first touchpoint for potential customers. Your role is pivotal in shaping their perception of our company. You'll help grow the sales pipeline by uncovering potential customers who could benefit from Joblogic software and creating new qualified sales opportunities. You'll increase sales efficiency by ensuring quality leads and maintaining an up-to-date lead pipeline to support business growth.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will receive comprehensive training on Joblogic software and sales processes to enable outbound calls, chats and emails to prospective customers to book software demonstrations. Lead generation, industry and competitor research will be required daily. The role requires strong written and verbal communication, an upbeat, self-driven and well-organised candidate who enjoys a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Make outbound calls, outreaches on LinkedIn, and send emails to prospects to build brand awareness and relationships with business leaders and decision-makers to book software demonstrations.
- Manage the leads pipeline efficiently and maintain accurate records of interactions and communications.
- Initiate meaningful conversations with cold leads.
- Introduce Joblogic software and highlight its features.
- Qualify leads and schedule demos for the sales team.
- Minimum of 2 years B2B experience in a SaaS-based organization, preferably within the service management industry.
- Proficiency with SDR tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant sales platforms.
- Ability to learn a comprehensive software platform quickly and stay up to date with it.
- Strong relationship-building skills with prospective customers.
- Goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
- International work experience, especially in the UK and Ireland.
- Excellent communication skills in British English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work and timely follow-ups.
- Capacity to prioritise tasks based on business objectives.
- Self-management skills with flexibility to work within UK time zones.
- Willingness to work in rotational shift patterns as per business needs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Productivity Apps.
- Knowledge of using Active Campaign or other CRM databases.
- Previous experience in an inbound/outbound sales and lead generation role.
- Interest/knowledge of IT, ERP, Software Implementation.
- General knowledge of the trades industry, such as Heating, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Security, etc.
