Your Core Responsibilities

As our YouTube Content & Community Lead, you will be instrumental in developing, executing, and refining our video content strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Channel Growth: Design and implement a robust strategy to drive consistent channel growth, elevate audience engagement, and maximize overall content reach on YouTube.
• Content Lifecycle Management: Oversee the meticulous planning, timely uploading, and strategic scheduling of all video content to ensure optimal consistency and viewer interaction.
• Performance Analysis & Optimization: Leverage YouTube Analytics comprehensively to monitor channel performance, evaluate key metrics, and derive actionable, data-driven insights for continuous improvement and content optimization.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with content creators, video editors, marketing specialists, and other internal stakeholders to ensure all video content aligns seamlessly with our brand objectives and deeply resonates with our target demographic.
• Community Cultivation: Actively foster a dynamic and engaged community by responding to comments, addressing viewer inquiries, and implementing strategies to encourage interaction, ultimately building a loyal subscriber base.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled, results-oriented, and passionate individual with:

• Proven Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience managing YouTube channels or similar digital video platforms, with a verifiable track record of achieving significant growth and engagement.
• Platform Mastery: An in-depth understanding of YouTube algorithms, advanced SEO best practices for video content, and effective audience retention and growth strategies.
• Exceptional Communication & Organization: Superior written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
