Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Associate to join our team and drive the acquisition of new global clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and qualifying high-potential prospects who can benefit from outsourcing their workforce.

This role plays a critical part in expanding our client base and increasing brand presence in international markets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and identify potential clients in key global markets who can benefit from offshoring and outsourcing services.
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other digital channels.
  • Understand prospect's outsourcing needs, pain points, and business goals.
  • Closely collaborate with the Business Development and Sales teams to hand off qualified leads for conversion.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data in CRM systems.
  • Analyze lead generation performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably in B2B and outsourcing/offshoring sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead generation tools.
  • Able to work independently and meet targets consistently.
  • Global market exposure or experience working with international clients is beneficial.
  • Excellent English skills (both written and verbal).
