Fleekbiz is looking for sales-oriented candidates for the position of Business Development Executive - Marketing Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Technical knowledge to effectively propose solutions for Social Media Marketing projects.
- Research and identify potential prospects and business opportunities across B2B & B2C platforms like Upwork as well as within internal brand networks.
- Plan and work on the strategy to achieve monthly targets.
- Respond to incoming requests for information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in an effective and efficient manner.
- Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular on-call meetings and identify upsell opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer database.
- Attend regular sales standups initiated by leads/managers.
- Update customer database on a daily basis using internal CRM.
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management on progress and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project cycle to ensure successful completion.
- Follow SOPs as communicated by the manager.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in business development to continuously improve skills and strategies.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant Upwork experience.
- O/A Levels, Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in writing business proposals and cover letters for Social Media Marketing projects.
- A strong grasp of technical concepts is essential. Candidates should possess sufficient technical knowledge to effectively propose solutions for animation and branding projects.
- Help team members in target achievements in any way possible.
- Provide solutions to creative/brand and digital marketing-related queries of other sales team members.
