Manage the end-to-end success journey of sellers post-onboarding, ensuring their listings are optimized, campaigns go live, and performance is tracked to maximize growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process seller onboarding handovers
- Set up and manage seller accounts, listings, and pricing
- Conduct onboarding calls and confirm readiness
- Coordinate campaign launches within 7 days
- Provide daily support and resolve seller queries
- Monitor seller performance and flag issues
- Collaborate with tech, finance, and operations
KPIs:
- 90% of sellers live within 5 days
- Campaigns launched on time
- Seller satisfaction score (CSAT)
- Issue resolution turnaround time (TAT)
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in account management or seller support
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Hands-on with Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented and service-driven mindset
